Epson Device Admin

Easily manage an entire fleet of printers and scanners¹ remotely, with full control including the ability to install, configure, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot your devices for increased productivity and cost savings.

Easy Control of Devices

Epson Device Admin enables IT admin to organize their device management based on their needs. For example, it’s possible to organize devices by geographic location or device type. A main group might be named after a city, subgroups might be associated within the city for each building or office, and additional subgroups might be associated within each building for floors or departments.

Gain Efficiency With an Intuitive Interface

Epson Device Admin offers an intuitive user interface that quickly performs complex operations. The user interface is designed to be efficient and intuitive, limiting the number of steps required to complete a task and streamlining software operation.

Centrally monitor and manage networked printing and scanning fleets, regardless of their size

With network management utilities, tool consistency – using the same tool for a wide range of uses - can save time and reduce operator confusion. This single solution allows our business customers to remotely install, configure, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and help secure their printing and imaging environment— ultimately increasing business productivity by helping them to save time and control costs. In addition, this innovative Epson solution helps to increase end-user productivity by maximizing device uptime and proactively solving problems. It also makes it easy to build a device inventory with the number and types of devices as well as their installed options.

Analysis and management tool

The monitoring function collects summary data from devices and can deliver status and analysis reports that can assist in ensuring that print infrastructures maintain an advanced and professional performance level. CIOs and CTOs (Chef Information/Technology Officers) can benefit from device usage reports for cost control or budget assignment, sent automatically into their email inboxes.

Compatible with a large range of networked printers and scanners

More than 400 networked Epson devices were supported at the launch of Epson Device Admin, including WorkForce® Pro printers, large format printers and scanners. This number is continuing to grow as more products are launched by Epson.
