The new generation of the L-6534VW inkjet digital printer with Epson printing head and UV LED curing ink enables high-speed printing - ideal for label and packaging production with exceptional tear and weather resistance. The new PrecisionCore® printing head, the central drum system and the digital vernissage deliver high-quality images. The compact design, which has space, integrates all the functionalities necessary for the production, such as Corona treatment, White ink, digital varnish and an additional UV curing unit.

Image Quality
LED ink fixation technology offers high quality images. White ink and digital printing considerably increase the application possibilities. The fixation technology developed by Epson controls the amplitude of ink formation, generating super precise drops and incredibly fine lines. Epson's range of digital quality cores, ton gradations, continuous printing and lack of granulation help the businessman extract the best work from a well-impressed label and cores that will differentiate themselves in the market. UV printing can be used in various vertical markets, such as health and beauty, food, beverages; assim as in consumption benefits. The White Surface Impress and Reverse White Impress options are available to expand the range of expression in transparent and metallized films. With a new digital ink-varnish, a glossy or dull finish can be selected for the entire label, and at the same time located details.

Epson's digital monitoring system maintains high productivity using Injectors' Status Analysis that manages ink jets, allowing tasks to be completed. As Epson's most advanced printing head technology, Precision Core delivers renowned market-leading results quality and durability, all at high speed.

Ink: Original Epson UV LED Curing Ink
The fast-drying UV ink boosts productivity and offers excellent resistance to weather, stains, chemicals and water. Therefore, it is ideal for printing labels used in harsh environments, such as outdoors. A small and durable LED light source is used, filling space, offering an energy-saving solution, and allowing it to be impressed on heat-sensitive substrates, such as PE.

Substrate Feeding: Central Drum System
The central drum system feeds the substrate with uncreditable precision to minimize core irregularities and reduce heat expansion or substrate cooling, allowing various types of ready-to-use flexographic substrates to be used.

Environmental Features: SurePress L-6534VW reduces environmental impact
The SurePress L-6534VW digital label printer allows for many more adjustments than analog printers, minimizing ink consumption and paper waste. Also, there is no need to use printing plates and cleaning chemicals. When using only the LED curing system, the energy is reduced compared to conventional UV lamps. Epson ink environments are in accordance with GMP (EC) 2023/2006 regulations, as well as USFDA cGMP. The ink is in accordance with FDA, EuPIA, FSVO, EFSA and EC organisations.
