How can I speed up the scanning process?

• Try the following:
  • Scan your original at a lower resolution setting. You can select the resolution you want at any time.
    
    
    Click the arrow next to the Resolution list and select the number of dpi (dots per inch) at which you want to scan.
  • Computers with USB 2.0 (high speed) ports can transfer data faster than those with USB 1.1 ports. If you are using a USB 2.0 port with your scanner, make sure it meets the System Requirements.
