I see a message to install Evernote (when it's already installed) when I try to connect Evernote to an Epson scanner app. What should I do?

  • In Evernote version 10, the function to connect with Evernote has been removed. Because of this, you cannot connect to Evernote from Epson apps.

    To use Evernote again, downgrade to Evernote version 9 or earlier. Follow instructions at the following Evernote support articles: Install an older version of Evernote and Reinstall Evernote. If you choose to use Evernote version 10, then you will need to manually upload your scanned files to Evernote.
