After I updated to Windows 8, my product's software is missing. What should I do?

The Windows 8 update process uninstalls the previously installed Epson product software. You will need to download the product software from the Downloads tab for your product.
- Go to the Downloads tab.
- Select Scanner Driver and EPSON Scan Utility, then select Download Now.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
