I receive a paper jam error when scanning large documents and Auto Detect size set. What should I do?

• Epson Scan will recognize documents up to 14 inches in length when Auto Detect size is selected. To scan documents longer than 14 inches you will need to define the document length as a Customize... size.

  Note: Maximum scanning length is 36 inches for Windows and 16.54 inches for Mac operating systems.
