Nothing happens when I click on the Epson Scan 2 icon on the taskbar in Windows. What should I do?

• Make sure you are using the latest version of Epson Scan 2. For the latest version, go to the Downloads tab on your product's support page and download and install Epson Scan 2 version 6.4.8.x or later.
