A black rectangle appears next to the business card I scanned. What should I do?

• Make sure you select Auto Detect or Plastic Card as the Document Size setting and select Off as the Detect Double Feed setting when you scan.

  Note: When scanning cards in the card slot, slide the mode selector to card.
