The Manage Invoices/Receipts button does not appear in Epson ScanSmart in Windows. What should I do?

The Manage Invoices/Receipts selection is currently available only for users in North America.
If you're a user in North America, customer, but using the software in another country, you can use a VPN connection and select United States or Canada as your VPN location.
To verify that Epson ScanSmart can detect you are a customer in North America, select
 > Settings > Time &                 Language > Region. The Country or region             drop-down menu should display United States or Canada.
