Why are the TurboTax and Quicken buttons grayed out when using the Export and Save option in Invoice/Receipt Manager?

				    Only documents in receipt format can be exported to TurboTax or Quicken when using Invoice/Receipt Manager. Before exporting a receipt, make sure it is marked correctly in Invoice/Receipt Manager by doing the following: - Open Epson ScanSmart and select Invoices/Receipts.
- Click Edit and Review. You see a screen like this:    
- Select the scanned document. If it is marked Invoice, click Receipt button in the Edit Menu.    
- The scanned document is now in receipt format and can be exported. Select Mark Reviewed.
