The product does not turn on. What should I do?

  • Try the following:

    • Make sure your product's AC adapter, USB cable, and power cord are securely connected to the product.
    • If you're using a USB connection, make sure you use the USB cable that came with the product.
    • Make sure the electrical power outlet works. If necessary, test it by plugging in and turning on another electrical device.
