Since I upgraded to macOS 11, I can no longer use my product's software because the software icon is crossed out. What should I do?

  • Update or reinstall the Epson software for your product. To update the software, use Epson Software Updater.

    To reinstall the software, do the following:

    1. Go to the Epson Support page and select your product.
    2. Select macOS 11 in the Operating System drop-down box, if necessary.
    3. Do one of the following:
      • Download and install the Drivers and Utilities Combo Package for your product.
      • If a Drivers and Utilities Combo Package is not available for your product, download and install the software in the Recommended For You section.

    If you cannot use the software after installing the latest version, contact Epson Support.
