I can't get Epson Status Monitor to work over my wireless network. What should I do?

  • If the product is not shared, make sure it is connected to the network wirelessly. Try moving your product or computer to a different location within range of your wireless network. Avoid placing the computer, product, or wireless access point near microwaves, cordless telephones, or other sources of wireless interference.

    If the product is set up as a shared printer, Epson Status Monitor will not work and is not supported.
