My product will not wake up when I try to print with a wireless connection. What should I do?

  • Turn the product off and on. If you can print now, the problem is related to your wireless router. Contact the manufacturer of your router for assistance or try using a different router.

    If you cannot print after turning the product off and on, contact Epson Support.
