I tried to install the product's software for an Ethernet connection but cannot complete the installation in Windows or on my Mac. What should I do?

  • Install the software again. To be sure it installs properly, first uninstall the product software you tried to install. This will remove any software components that may have installed when you first tried to set up the product. After you uninstall the software, check the following:

    • Make sure your system meets the requirements listed in the product's User's Guide.
    • Close other software, including screen savers and virus protection software, before you install your product's software again.
    • If you see an error message or your software does not install correctly in Windows, you may not have software installation privileges. Contact your System Administrator.
    • Make sure your product is turned on and the network cable is securely connected at both ends.
