I can't log into the Epson Cloud Solution PORT mobile app. What should I do?

Please check your app store for the mobile app's update availability. Starting August 25, 2022 at 4:00 Pacific Time, the Epson Cloud Solution PORT mobile app for iOS and Android will be implementing updates over a period of approximately 4 weeks to take advantage of new website improvements. During this time, customers of large-format products that are already registered with an Epson Cloud Solution PORT account will be temporarily unable to access the app.
We expect the new and improved mobile app to be available for download on October 1, 2022. You'll receive a notification when the app update is available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
