I can print images but not documents. What should I do?

• Log in to your Epson Connect account and select your printer, if necessary. Expand the Email Print section, select Print Settings, and then deselect the Photo Paper Printing checkbox. When this setting is turned on, only the following file types will print:

  • JPEG
  • TIFF
  • BMP
  • GIF
  • PNG
