I see an error message in the app. What should I do?

Make sure your mobile device is connected to the same network as your product, and make sure your product is turned on. Cannot print the document. There are too many print jobs registered with a server. Please check the product's print history and delete unnecessary print jobs. Cassette tray is not installed correctly Install the cassette tray correctly. See your product's User's Guide for instructions. CD/DVD tray not set correctly
CD/DVD Tray in Use
CD/DVD tray is loaded incorrectly.
The app does not support CD/DVD printing. Make sure the CD/DVD tray/cover is closed or removed prior to printing. Communication error.
A communication error occurred.
Make sure your mobile device is connected to the same network as your product, and make sure your product is turned on. Error while reading.
Error while writing.
Set the product's File Sharing feature to Network or Wi-Fi/Network. See your product's User's Guide for more information. The file size is too big. Size of transmitted data is too big.
Make sure your photo, document, or print job does not exceed one of the following file sizes, depending on the printer you're printing to: - Local printer: 70 MB
- Remote printer:
- 10 MB for one file
- 70 MB for a total print job
General error. Try the following:
- Make sure no paper is jammed in the product. Then turn off the product and turn it on again.
Note: For more information about removing paper jams, check the product's LCD or User's Guide.
- Make sure your mobile device is connected to the same network as your product, and make sure your product is turned on.
- Make sure your document or photo is no larger than 20 MB and is one of the following file types:
- Photo: JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, or PNG
- Document: PDF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or Microsoft PowerPoint
Head Cleaning can not be completed. The product's ink may be low or expended. Check the product's LCD, lights, or ink tanks, and see your product's User's Guide for replacement instructions. Ink cover open Make sure the ink cover and/or the scanner is securely closed before printing. Page not printed or multi-page error Check the following: - Make sure there is no paper jammed in the printer.
- Make sure the paper is loaded correctly in the printer.
- Make sure the correct paper size is loaded in the printer.
Paper feed error. Printable side down or incorrect paper type.
Reload the paper correctly. See your product's User's Guide for instructions. Paper out, incorrect loading, or paper jam Paper out or incorrect loading
Follow the instructions on the product's LCD screen, or remove the ejected paper and load paper in the product as instructed in your product's User's Guide. Paper size and paper type settings do not match the printer settings. Make sure the paper size and type you loaded in the printer matches the paper size and type settings selected in the app. Printer cover error. Make sure all covers on the product are closed before you print. If that doesn't help, contact Epson Support. Printer is not selected. Scanner is not selected.
Make sure your product is selected in the app. Rear manual feed cover is closed. Load a single sheet of paper in the product's rear manual feed. See the product's User's Guide for instructions. Remote printing is not enabled for this printer. Log in to your Epson Connect account and enable the product's Remote Print setting. If you do not own the product, contact the owner to enable remote printing. The scanner cover is open. Make sure your product's scanner cover is securely closed. If that doesn't help, contact Epson Support. Scanner unit open Make sure your product's scanner is securely closed. If that doesn't help, contact Epson Support. Service required. Contact Epson Support for assistance. The process is aborted due to lack of memory.
There is not enough free space.
Your mobile device or memory device does not have enough room to store the file. Free up space on your device to save the file.
