How do I control the Internal Print Server?

• Use the Hard Disk. Follow the steps below for your operating system.

  Windows

  1. Click Start > Devices and Printers, then right-click on the printer.
  2. Select Printing Preferences > Advanced tab.
  3. Check the Hard Disk Unit option, and click the Settings button to select the print server's behavior.

  OS X

  1. Click File > Print.
  2. Select Advanced from the Printer Settings drop-down menu.
  3. Click on the HDD Option Settings.
