I get a gray bar at the far right side of the print when I use Mac 10.6.5 to create a custom page size that is equal to a predefined size. What should I do?

Do the following:
- Make sure the printer driver software is installed.
- Go to the Downloads tab.
- Download the Common Updater 4.0.
