Epson Scan 2 is unresponsive after I click Refresh in the Scanner Settings window. I'm connected with a USB connection. What should I do?

  • Make sure your product is powered on and the USB cable is securely connected at both ends before you start Epson Scan 2.

    There will be an update to Epson Scan 2 to solve this problem. Install the update when it becomes available. To install the update, you can use Epson Software Updater or go to our Epson Support page, select your product, then download and install the latest driver for your product.
