The product won't go into sleep mode. What should I do?

• Make sure Sleep Mode is turned on in the Settings menu and that the Sleep Mode setting is set to the desired length of time before the projector turns off automatically.

  The projector enters sleep mode only if it does not receive a signal for the period of time specified in the Sleep Mode setting. If a computer is connected and turned on, a signal is present and the projector will not go into sleep mode.
