The remote control doesn't work as a wireless mouse. What should I do?

• Try the following:

  • Make sure a USB cable is connected from your computer to the projector's USB-B port.
  • Make sure your computer is configured to work with a USB mouse. See your computer documentation for details.
  • Make sure you select the correct image source.
  • Make sure the USB Type B setting in the Extended menu is set to USB Display if you are using the USB-B port to project video.

  Note: The wireless mouse feature is supported on Windows and Mac computers with a USB port.

  Note: This feature does not work when you project from a device connected using an MHL cable .
