How can I improve the image quality?
-
Make sure you select the best Color Mode for your picture and viewing environment, and then use the settings in the Image menu to finish adjusting the picture.
If the projected image is fuzzy or blurry adjust the image focus.
You can adjust the Sharpness, Brightness, Contrast, and Color Saturation settings in the Image menu.
For best results, connect your video equipment to theHDMI 1, HDMI 2, or HDMI 3 port(s), if possible. If your equipment doesn't support HDMI, connect it to one of the following ports (highest quality listed first):
- Computer1 or Computer2/Monitor Out with a VGA-to-component adapter cable (for component video)
- Video (for composite video)
If you are viewing a video from a device connected to the projector's Video port, adjust the Deinterlacing and Noise Reduction settings, if available for your video source.
Note: You can set Deinterlacing only when receiving a 480i, 576i, or 1080i input signal.
If you project from a computer, adjust the computer's resolution to match the projector's native resolution, if possible.
