Support Projectors Pro Series Epson EB-PU2213B

How can I improve the image quality?

  • Make sure you select the best Color Mode for your picture and viewing environment, then use the settings in the Image menu to finish adjusting the picture.

If the projected image is fuzzy or blurry, adjust the image focus.

Try setting the Video Range setting to Auto in the projector's Signal menu.

Adjust the Sharpness, Brightness, Contrast, and Color Saturation settings in the Settings menu.

For best results, connect your video equipment to the HDMI (HDCP2.3) port. If your equipment doesn't support HDMI, connect it to one of the following ports (highest quality listed first):

    • HDBaseT with a 100Base-TX LAN cable
    • Computer with a VGA-to-component adapter cable (for component video)
    • DVI-D In with a compatible DVI-D cable
    • SDI with a BNC video cable (EB-PU2213B/EB-PU2216B/EB-PU2220B only)

If you are viewing a live sports broadcast or playing a video game, adjust the Frame Interpolation setting.

If you are projecting from a computer, adjust the computer's resolution to match the projector's native resolution, if possible.

Note: Digital correction features such as keystone, Quick Corner, zooming, and scaling can reduce the image quality. To improve the image quality, set these features to their factory defaults, and refocus the image.

If your projector is mounted, make sure the Epson mount adjustment dials are used to level or square your image.
