Is there a recommended sequence for turning on the projector and connected equipment?

• Turn on the projector before you turn on the computer or video equipment you want to use.

  The lens shutter opens and the Status light flashes blue as the projector warms up. Once the projector is warmed up, the Status light stops flashing and turns blue. If you do not see a projected image right away, try the following:

  • Make sure the connected computer or video device is on.
  • Change the screen output from the computer when using a laptop.
  • Insert a DVD or other video media and press the play button, if necessary.
  • Press the Source button on the projector or one of the Source buttons on the remote control.
