Projecting Documents

You can use the Epson iProjection app to project the following file formats:

  • Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx, Office 2003 or later)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx, Office 2003 or later)
  • Microsoft Excel (.xls, .xlsx, Office 2003 or later)
  • Keynote (.key)
  • Adobe PDF files (.pdf, PDF 1.7, Acrobat 8 compatible or later)
  1. Tap at the top of the app screen.


     
  2. Tap Documents.


     
  3. Tap the name of the file you want to display.

    Note: If your document is stored on a cloud service, tap , select your cloud service app, and tap the name of the document.

    Navigate the document using the following controls:


     
     
    • Tap or swipe left to display the next page in the document.
       
    • Tap or swipe right to display the previous page in the document.
       
    • Tap to display the last page in the document.
       
    • Tap to display the first page in the document.
       
    • Tap to open the annotation tool.
       
    • Tap to resize the text displayed.
       
    • Tap to project the current image (when multiple devices are connected to the projector; not available when a moderator controls the projector).
       
    • Tap to save an iCloud document to your device for offline use.
       
    • Spread two fingers apart to zoom in.
       
    • Pinch two fingers together to zoom out.

Note: The available options will vary depending on the document file format.
